Sorry to keep asking so many questions, but I guess that's what this forum is for.

Have you done a short sale where there were liens against the title besides (or I should say in addition to) a first or second mortgage? If so, what have you done in those situations? Is there a way to keep the homeowner liable for those "other" liens and take them off title?
