Hi, several of the posts/responses mention a cover letter to include in your initial contact with the lender. Does anyone have an example that they've used that's been successful? Also from what I gather, you would also include:
- Prelim HUD settlement
- List of repairs if necessary to justify lower selling price
- Photos if property condition warrants them and supports needed repairs
- Comps?
Can someone verify what is and isn't necessary? Any example proposals that have been successful would be appreciated. Thanks! |
