I have a seller who is not late for monthly mort. payments but is tax delinquent. He was in Chapt. 13 BK recently. He is willing to let me take over his mort. payments but has very little equity. He owes 110,000 and 2 K in back taxes. Equity is about 5k on this house. Will the bank consider my short sales request? How about his back taxes? Can we offer short sales for his back taxes? Any suggestions or feeback? Thanks for your help.
